The fun continues into April! No joke. After a fair bit or driving and flying about for the last few readings I’ve done, I’m pretty pleased that the commute for my next event will be measured in minutes, not hours.
I’ll be back home and reading here in Halifax, NS, on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 2:00pm at the super-fantastic, world-renowned, award-winning architectural marvel that is the new Halifax Central Library on Spring Garden Road as a part of National Poetry Month.
In addition to yours truly reading from Some Nights It’s Entertainment; Some Other Nights Just Work, published by Gaspereau Press in Fall 2016), this shindig will include poet Chad Norman, launching his Selected & New Poems, from Mosaic Press.
Things are set to begin at 2:00pm, but be sure to come early enough to grab a good seat and chat it up with friends and poets beforehand.
Admission is FREE, everyone is welcome, and books and other poetry ephemera will be available for purchase on site.
Hope to see you there!
